The artist walks around the perimeter of a cemetery, repeating Psalm 23:4: “Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me.”
The action is accompanied and documented by the artist’s partner, who records the performance’s development.
The performance took place on Resurrection Day (April 21, 2019) at the Cemitério dos Prazeres in Lisbon, Portugal.
